Tasks
- Production and meal distribution taking into account diet types according to medical prescriptions and diet schemes
- Checking or also answering incoming menu orders by email or phone
- Control of the information in the PKS ordering system
- Supportive advice on dietary issues
- Participation in the implementation of the hygiene concept (HACCP)
- Participation in special events
- Co-responsibility for the training of cooks
- Interest in supporting the kitchen manager
Profile
- Completed vocational training as a cook EFZ and additional training as a diet cook EFZ or FA
- At least two years of professional experience
- Reliable, service-oriented and team-capable personality with the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations
- PC application skills (MS Office, PKS)
- Further training as a trainer is an advantage
