Head of Process Module Inspection (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You lead the inspection area with three sub-areas and, together with your management team, are responsible for departments such as intermediate and final inspection, AOI, XY, eTest, grinding lab and packaging
• You promote, coach and develop a team with 3 managers, 2 technicians and about 45 employees and ensure that the requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
• You continuously optimize processes and ensure high productivity in 3-shift operation
• You ensure the function, capacity and improvement of the testing processes as well as compliance with quality standards, norms and safety regulations
• You take on the economic responsibility for your area and anchor the yield responsibility directly in the line – including monitoring processing, controlling measures and providing professional support
• You maintain a constructive leadership style and promote open communication with all relevant areas

Your profile

• You have a technical university or engineering degree (ETH/HTL) in electrical engineering, physics, microsystems technology or process engineering and bring several years of experience in a comparable leadership position
• Ideally, you have around five years of leadership experience and convince with pronounced leadership and social skills.
• You combine strategic, organizational and communicative skills with initiative and assertiveness
• You are motivating, team-oriented, flexible, resilient and act sustainably – even in demanding situations
• Ideally, you have ERP and MS Office knowledge, statistical basics, business administration basics and training in Lean Six Sigma. Experience in the electronics industry is an advantage
• You master German spoken and written (native speaker or equivalent) and have good English skills
