Skills
- Relevant academic or professional education is required.
- Several years of experience in migration, integration, or HR.
- Strong knowledge of the local job market and MS Office.

- Informing persons provisionally admitted/Status S about the challenges of integration and supporting the process of learning a national language through individual guidance
- Training persons provisionally admitted/Status S and supporting applications, the creation of resumes and job offers, advising and explaining the process of employment (hiring, employment contract, etc.)
- Contributing to the development of new integration measures and projects based on local needs
- Coordinating the various providers of measures for social integration and inclusion
- Approaching companies in the canton of Fribourg to inform and raise awareness about integration issues on the one hand, and on the other hand to develop a network to place and/or train persons provisionally admitted/Status S
Requirements
- Relevant academic or professional training for the position
- Several years of experience in migration, integration, career counseling, job placement or HR
- Good knowledge of the regional labor market, with a personal network in this area
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
