As Business Owner for GPS Content Infrastructure, you are responsible for the strategic and operational ownership of the investment content production and delivery ecosystem. You bridge business and technology, ensuring that the content infrastructure supports a modern, efficient, and client-centric content experience.
You will play a key role in driving the evolution of the global content strategy and advancing digital transformation across the investment content value chain.
IHRE AUFGABEN

Act as business owner and representative for investment content production and delivery tools

Drive the evolution of the GPS content strategy toward agile, digital, and contextual delivery models, including platform governance, integration roadmaps, and operational frameworks

Foster innovation and digital transformation in content creation and delivery, enabling mass-tailored communications, dynamic digital journeys, and interactive engagement formats in close partnership with the development unit within COO

Promote the use of emerging technologies, such as automation and Artificial Intelligence, to enhance efficiency, personalisation, and quality across the content lifecycle

Ensure operational excellence through continuous process and workflow optimisation

Serve as the primary business contact and escalation point for content-related process issues
YOUR PROFILE

University degree in Business Management, Business Information Systems (Wirtschaftsinformatik), or a related field

Several years of experience in roles such as Business Owner, Product Owner, or Business Analyst, preferably within financial services
-
Solid understanding of investment content production and distribution tools
-
Experience in content strategy, process optimisation, and digital enablement

Strong grasp of agile methodologies and ability to work effectively with IT development teams and business users

Bridge-builder between business and technology, with the ability to translate strategic goals into practical implementation

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); German is an advantage

Strong stakeholder management skills across different seniority levels

High degree of proactivity, ownership, and organizational talent; able to manage multiple topics simultaneously while maintaining strategic perspective

Innovation-driven mindset, passionate about improving processes and creating business value through technology

Experienced in change management and adoption enablement for new tools and processes
