• You have a postgraduate HF intensive care degree and apply your expertise specifically in the demanding intensive care environment
• You have strong technical understanding, grasp complex situations quickly, and communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively
• You are open, empathetic, and reliable – and remain calm, focused, and composed even in hectic moments
• You work with genuine joy in a team, appreciate interprofessional collaboration, and treat people with respect and appreciation
