For the development of our Circular Logistics Centre (CLC), we are looking for an entrepreneurial and implementation-strong personality. In this key role, you will actively shape an innovative business field and lead the Circular Logistics Centre to become a high-performing and market-established unit.

What you bring with you

• Higher education in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, engineering or a comparable further education
• Several years of leadership experience in an industrial, logistical or production-related environment
• Experience in building, scaling and further developing organisations and operational structures
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a pronounced business understanding
• Knowledge in the areas of circular economy, disposal, recycling or sustainable value chains
• Precise, structured and responsible way of working
• Strong communication, integration and team skills
• Confident appearance towards customers, partners and internal stakeholders
• Fluent German in spoken and written form as well as good digital skills

• You will strategically and operationally further develop the Circular Logistics Centre and develop it into an economically successful and market-established unit
• You identify market and customer potentials and develop viable, scalable operational and business models from them
• You create the necessary organisational, leadership and operational structures for sustainable growth
• You bear overall responsibility for performance, quality, costs, capacities and resources
• You ensure a safe, stable and economical operation
• You lead and develop a growing organisation from currently around 40 to approximately 100 employees in the future
• You lead and support the team leaders as well as the Solutions Manager

• You collaborate with customers, partners and internal stakeholders and successfully position the CLC in the market
