IT Supporter

FEHLMANN AG develops, produces and distributes high-quality machine tools worldwide, which are highly regarded globally in the field of precision milling and drilling.

To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for a committed IT Supporter.

Your tasks:

• Installation, maintenance and support of PC workstations, peripheral devices and telephone system on site
• First and second level support by phone and at the workstations
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Support of specific server applications
• Participation in specialised projects

You bring with you:

• Completed IT apprenticeship or practitioner with appropriate further training and experience in a comparable position
• You have sound knowledge:
• of PC hardware, operating systems and MS Office 2021/365 software
• of Synology products, such as cloud and storage systems
• in the backup environment, preferably "Veeam"
• with desktop management, preferably "Ivanti"
• You are reliable, open, communicative and service-oriented in addressing the needs of users.
