Your Tasks
- Leadership of subordinate personnel as well as work coordination within the shift
- Taking necessary organizational measures
- Responsibility for the operational execution of cleaning work in the various aircraft of different customer airlines
- Checking safety & security standards, cleaning and quality requirements
- Checking the quality of the cleaning process
- Reporting damage cases and disciplinary incidents
- Co-responsibility for compliance with cleaning times
- Responsibility for the used operating resources, material management
- Introduction/training of new employees
- Support of the cleaning department regarding continuous quality optimization
- Contact person for dispatchers in case of irregularities
- Active participation in cleaning the aircraft of various customer airlines
- Responsible for timely and correct communication with dispatch
- Responsible for timely and correct communication with customers
- Ensuring the correct appearance and behavior of employees
- Forwarding and implementation of instructions from the safety officer to the team
Your Profile
- Professional experience as a cleaner with leadership experience
- Experience in flight operations (ground handling)
- Independent, precise and reliable working style, even in hectic times
- Teamwork, flexibility, punctuality (irregular shift work)
- Neat, friendly appearance
- Strong sense of work organization, ability to keep an overview under time pressure and set priorities correctly
- Good oral and written German skills
- Impeccable reputation (criminal record extract for airport ID application)
- Possession of driving license category B and own car required
- Physically fit and resilient
- Work commitment daily, also on weekends and public holidays, 42.5 hours per week
