• You take over the professional and personnel management of the department with 24 residents
• You coach and lead the employees both professionally and personally
• You ensure a high-quality care of the residents
• You conduct team meetings, employee discussions and are involved in the implementation within the house
• You are an upbeat personality who acts as a role model

What you bring

• Completed training as a qualified nurse FH/HF or comparable qualification
• Experience and training in management is an advantage
• Strong organisational skills and enjoyment of planning tasks
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Team-oriented working style and the ability to create a motivating work environment
