• Individual and professional care and nursing of our residents in a mixed residential group for long-term care
• Taking over shift responsibility
• Responsibility for performance recording (RAI)
• Co-training and support of our trainees
• Responsibility for the design and further development of the nursing process

• Completed vocational training at tertiary or secondary level (Nursing Specialist HF/FH or DN II or FaGe EFZ)
• Commitment, motivation, resilience, and high social competence
