WinGD is looking for a
HR Operations Specialist Admin & Payroll
Responsibilities:
- Independent handling of all administrative HR processes from onboarding to offboarding – you are the central hub for all administrative matters in the company
- First point of contact for employees and managers regarding all HR administrative and system-related questions
- Support the CoE Manager Compensation & Benefits in monthly payroll processing and take over the representation in payroll accounting
- Ensure the correct maintenance of employee master data in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
- Function as Key User for SuccessFactors, RTM, and SAP (SAP knowledge can be deepened if necessary)
- Administrative coordination of all apprentices in the company: you directly support a commercial apprentice and coordinate the administrative matters for around 13 apprentices in collaboration with the various contact points
- Participation in cross-departmental HR projects as well as active involvement and continuous development and digitization of HR processes
Profile:
- At least 5 years of experience in HR administration and ideally first knowledge in operational payroll processing
- HR professional certificate is a must
- Solid knowledge of the Swiss social security system
- Must: Very good knowledge in SuccessFactors and the time tracking tool RTM; SAP knowledge is an advantage (can also be deepened on the job)
- Passion for HR administration, high initiative, flexibility, and a structured, independent working style
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Word and Excel
