About the job

For our Residential Offer Plus at our Baar-Inwil location, we are looking for a personality immediately or by arrangement as

• Accompanying, caring for and supporting clients with intellectual, physical and psychological impairments in the complex life design of the residential and leisure area
• Guiding or accompanying clients with daily personal care
• Supporting the implementation of agogic processes
• Contributing to a cosy living environment through activities such as cooking, decorating and keeping the premises clean
• Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives and external specialist agencies
• Administrative and organisational tasks

• Training as a Care Specialist EFZ or career changer with basic EFZ training
• Experience working with people with impairments is an advantage
• Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts (no night shifts)
• Fluent oral and written expression in German
• Good PC user skills (Word, Outlook)

• 5 weeks holiday up to 50 years, then 6 weeks. Additionally, up to 4 weeks holiday purchase possible
