About the job

The Minerva Switzerland AG Business School is looking for a reliable person for a supervision and support role in the school environment for the period from February 23 to the end of May

at the St. Gallen location.

Assignment

Every other week, on Tuesdays, 10:45 – 12:30 / 13:20 – 17:45

Presence on site in the classroom in St. Gallen

5 KV trainees (final class)

Setting

The class is in the final semester of commercial training. They work mostly independently. Interested?

Tasks

1. Supervision

Presence and punctuality control
Ensuring work discipline (e.g. no non-subject use of PCs)
Exam supervision if needed

2. Technical support if needed (internet access, log-ins, basic handling of Microsoft Teams)

3. Feedback using checklist / form (brief feedback on work attitude and implementation difficulties)

Requirements

Reliable and calm presence
Confident handling of computer, internet and Microsoft Teams
Responsibility in dealing with trainees
Pedagogical training is not required

Compensation

CHF 210.00 gross per day of assignment (equivalent to CHF 30.00 per lesson)

Target group

The activity is particularly suitable for students (e.g. university or teacher training college) as well as for other suitable persons with corresponding availability

and confidence in handling Teams.
