Technical Service Collaborator

The Municipality of Penthalaz is looking for a motivated collaborator to join its technical service. If you are passionate about technical work and wish to contribute to the smooth running of our municipality, this opportunity is for you!

Main missions:

• Collaboration with the head of service in the fields of building regulations, spatial planning, and construction supervision
• Complete processing of building permits (monitoring and administrative procedures)
• Site inspections
• Implementation and operation of the Territorial Information System - SIT
• Various tasks related to the role.

Desired profile:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a draughtsman (geomatician – building – civil engineering), or an equivalent qualification or with relevant experience in a similar field
• Proficiency in common IT tools – Autocad and Qgis are an asset
• Autonomy in work, sense of responsibility and organisation
• Good knowledge of laws, regulations and procedures in urban planning, spatial planning and building regulations
• Easy contact with the public and various partners, agents, companies and public administrations
• Good writing skills – letters, emails and meeting minutes
• Possession of a driving licence
