E-Business Coordinator 100% (m/f/d)
Location: Dietikon / Home office
Your mission:
The eBusiness Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of EDI projects as well as the execution of static and dynamic product catalogues. You will take on all technical support tasks in all eBusiness areas.
What you can achieve with us:
- Project management within the scope of e-business projects (project plan, documentation, customer contact, implementation, control, completion)
- Coordination and documentation of e-business and e-portal projects (e-catalogues, e-order, e-invoice)
- Consultation discussions in the area of e-procurement (e.g. ARIBA, PostFinance, Coupa, Conextrade, etc.)
- Development and maintenance of electronic interfaces as well as the e-portal platform between customers and Lyreco (transfer protocols, data formats, content mapping, testing)
- Creation of customer-specific, static catalogues (csv, xls, cif, xml, etc.)
- Setting up and maintaining dynamic catalogues (Punch-Out)
- Conveying continuous developments in the e-business area (EDI etc.)
- Supporting Group IT in all further developments (EDI, processes, etc.)
- Active support of the sales force with training and accompanying visits
- Various administrative tasks that fall within the e-business area (e.g. invoice coding, etc.)
Your achievements:
- Completed technical training
- Solid experience in the area of EDI interface definition (order, invoice etc.) in cxml, edifact, iDoc etc.
- Proven practical experience in project management
- Technical understanding of internet connections (AS2, https, smtp etc.)
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; especially Excel (Pivot, VBA, etc.) as well as preferably HCL (IBM) Notes user experience
- Experience in the area of automation RPA (e.g. Power Apps/Power Automate etc.) is an advantage
- Native German speaker, fluent in English, French is an advantage
- Analytical, networked thinking and understanding of complex business processes
- Outgoing, strong communication skills, customer- and team-oriented, independent and efficient
