Site Manager Santé (m/f/d)Work location: Zurich area
Workload: 60-80%
Start date: immediately or by arrangement
Department: Cleaning
Your tasks
- Operational responsibility for support services in several client mandates in healthcare (quality, financial and personnel)
- Leadership responsibility for two directly subordinate employees and their teams (approx. 12 people)
- Contact person for the client on technical questions, service advice and regular exchange in various committees (operational, tactical)
- Ensuring a high-quality service and compliance with hygiene regulations
- Conducting quality controls as well as coaching, training and supporting employees
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other areas
- Planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and optimizing all workflows
- Ensuring personnel availability
- Independent recruitment of new employees
- Participation in the introduction of new processes or services on site
- Management of material, machine and equipment orders
- Administrative tasks including budget responsibility
- Participation in optimization projects and continuous improvement on site
Your profile
- Completed basic training in cleaning/facility service, facility management, housekeeping or hotel management (EFZ) or similar field
- Completed further training in housekeeping or equivalent qualification
- Further training at the professional examination level in FM or personnel management is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in healthcare and hospitality
- Proven leadership experience and hands-on mentality
- Human, communicative and solution-oriented personality with a strong sense of organization and coordination
- Service-oriented and independent working style with the necessary overview
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- MS Office user skills
- Trainer course is an advantage
- Willingness to travel
- Willingness to work irregular hours
