Your contribution
Supervise and coordinate assembly shop activities to ensure the production of high-quality transformers
Manage a team of operators, ensuring their training, development, and motivation
Implement and optimize lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce production costs
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
Collaborate with other departments (engineering, quality, logistics, methods, and maintenance) to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production
Analyze production performance and propose continuous improvements.
Manage the shop's material and human resources to achieve production targets
As People Manager, you will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines
Your experience and skills
Degree in engineering, industrial management or equivalent experience
Significant experience in team supervision
Mastery of lean manufacturing principles and ability to apply them in a production environment
Proven managerial skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the industrial sector
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
