We are looking for reinforcement for our team (m/f/d) – Kitchen, Service and Bar

You love gastronomy, enjoy working in a team and take on responsibility? Then you are exactly right with us!

To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and committed personality with experience as Sous-Chef, Entremetier as well as in service and a bartender.

Your tasks

• Support of the head chef and deputising in his absence
• Preparation and attractive presentation of our dishes
• Responsibility for the Entremetier station as well as the preparation of vegetable, side dishes and vegetarian dishes
• Support in the organisation and coordination of kitchen processes
• Active participation in service and professional care of our guests
• Preparation and serving of drinks and cocktails at the bar
• Ensuring a smooth operation in kitchen, service and bar
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Support of the team and co-responsibility for a pleasant guest service

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a cook EFZ or equivalent professional experience
• Experience as Sous-Chef or Entremetier is an advantage
• Experience in service and at the bar
• Enjoyment in dealing with guests and working in a team
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Flexibility and resilience even in hectic situations
• Friendly appearance, quality awareness and passion for gastronomy
• Willingness to work flexibly in kitchen, service and bar
