ZurichYour Tasks
- You independently manage commercial, special and residential properties including inspections and handovers as well as handling concerns.
- You ensure ongoing maintenance and take on the financial management of the properties.
- You develop standards such as processes and checklists further, create building operation concepts and actively participate in portfolio and contract management.
- You coordinate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, support the search and disposal of properties and are responsible for the inventory.
- You plan relocations including furniture orders and prepare the service charge statements.
- You engage in the tendering process, maintain knowledge management, act as deputy and lead smaller projects.
Your Profile
- Completed training at EFZ level as well as specialised training in the real estate sector (e.g. federal specialist certificate or equivalent)
- Practical experience and in-depth knowledge in the real estate sector, ideally experience in public administration
- Independent, reliable and structured working style with high resilience and initiative
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with Abacus and other IT-supported management tools is an advantage
- High sociability and communication skills, team-oriented work and strong customer and service orientation

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 85,000 and 105,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
