What you will achieve with us
As a responsible and committed individual, you will make an important contribution to the daily business in the ADW secretariat:
- Internal accounting tasks (creditors, debtors) and interface to BWO financial accounting
- General secretarial duties, e.g. switchboard, reception, correspondence, cash desk, preparing minutes of resolutions, ordering system, assistance in organising events, etc.
- Guidance and support of employees with support needs
- Independent organisation and coordination of tasks and processes in the secretariat
- Deputising for the head of the ADW secretariat
- Various organisational support for different departments
What distinguishes you
- Commercial basic training
- Further education/knowledge in pedagogy or strong interest in developing in this area
- Several years of professional experience in a similar environment advantageous
- A flair for words and numbers as well as IT affinity
- Enjoy working with people with support needs
