The Directorate of Finance, Personnel and IT provides a variety of internal city services and supplies central resources. The Tax Administration is responsible for fulfilling a wide range of tasks in the interest of taxpayers, the city and the cantonal administration.
What you will achieve
- Advising taxpayers including counter service
- Making payment agreements
- Handling telephone enquiries and correspondence
- Conducting demanding customer negotiations
- Carrying out legal debt collection measures
- Monitoring tax arrears and loss certificates
What you bring
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- Knowledge of tax as well as debt enforcement and bankruptcy law desirable
- French language skills
- Enjoyment of diverse customer contacts
- Fluency in oral and written expression
- Proven IT user skills
