• Control and settlement of KTG, UVG, and EO benefits (including MSE) as well as application and posting of family allowances
• Maintenance and exchange of pension fund data including notifications for entry, exit, and salary adjustments
• Support of social security relevant processes within payroll processing
• Active participation in cross-departmental HR projects for process optimization and digitalization
• Collaboration with internal and external partners as a competent contact person
- You have solid SAP knowledge (preferably SAP HCM) and ideally experience with SuccessFactors
- You have comprehensive knowledge of Swiss labor law, social security, withholding tax, and fringe benefits
- You bring several years of experience and work in a structured, responsible, and analytical manner
- You have a high IT affinity and experience in project management, especially in system implementations and process optimizations
- You are communicative, assertive, resilient, and work proactively and solution-oriented in a team
