On behalf of the local municipalities, Spitex Obwalden provides comprehensive Spitex services throughout the canton of Obwalden. We offer professional support in the areas of nursing, psychiatric nursing, housekeeping, as well as mother and father counselling – competent, reliable and with heart. Your tasks
- Individual care, promotion and assessment of our FH/HF students and FaGe apprentices in compliance with the requirements of the training regulations and framework curricula
- Independent planning and implementation of goal-oriented learning support at the patient’s bedside
- Conducting learning area training/transfer days
- Active participation in the recruitment of trainees
- Participation in the qualification process and oral examinations
- Co-responsibility for the practical implementation of Spitex’s training mandate, in collaboration with the nursing management, team leadership and nursing team
Your profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse FH/HF, ideally with several years of professional experience
- Completed SVEB further training – Trainer Certificate – Conducting learning events (or willingness to complete this further training)
- Strong pedagogical skills and comprehensive nursing expertise
- High service orientation and organisational skills
- Good German language skills, as well as constructive and empathetic communication skills
- Driving licence
