The opportunity
Join our Service team in Zürich‑Oerlikon and support the smooth execution of installation and commissioning activities for GIS projects. You will gain hands‑on insights into project workflows and learn how technical installations are planned, coordinated, and delivered. Working closely with experienced project managers, you will strengthen your communication skills and grow in a supportive environment that values learning and collaboration. How you’ll make an impact

Support the organization of on‑site installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities

Help plan, prepare, and coordinate work assignments for project teams

Act as a communication link for internal teams, external partners, and customers

Assist with scheduling, material preparation, and project progress and cost tracking

Contribute to implementing safety and quality standards in all project phases

Support risk analysis by processing deviations and documenting corrective measures

Prepare, organize, and archive technical documentation and project records

Join occasional site visits (<10%) to gain insight into on‑site workflows and practices
Your background
-
Ongoing or completed Bachelor studies (HF/FH) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, business engineering, or project‑management‑related fields; or technical apprenticeship (Electronics Technician EFZ, Polymechanic EFZ, Mechatronics Engineer EFZ, Automation Engineer EFZ, Electrical Installer EFZ)

Strong technical interest and solid MS Office knowledge

Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
