Your tasks:

• Building services & maintenance: You operate, monitor, and maintain technical systems (heating, ventilation, sanitation). You competently carry out minor repairs independently.
• Outdoor and green area maintenance: Whether mowing the lawn, trimming hedges, or maintaining paths and squares – you ensure the area always looks well kept.
• Winter service: When the snow falls, you are in demand. With determined effort and modern equipment, you keep paths and access routes safe and clear.
• Infrastructure: General maintenance work, building checks, and assistance with internal moves or conversions complete your exciting working day.

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ (or equivalent manual training)
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Driving licence category B
• Independent, reliable, and customer-oriented working style
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
