Role:
As a finance and accounting specialist, you will take on diverse tasks in accounting and controlling. Your main responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
- Independent bookkeeping and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Conducting cost and performance accounting
- Preparing VAT returns
- Creating budget and forecast documents
- Monitoring invoicing and dunning processes
- Analysing financial key figures and deriving recommendations for action
- Assisting in the preparation of profitability analyses
- Supporting planning and budgeting processes
- Close collaboration with internal departments and management
Qualifications:
- Commercial basic training with further education as a finance and accounting specialist with a federal diploma
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally with controlling tasks
- Confident use of accounting software and MS Office
- Good knowledge in cost accounting and controlling
- Fluent German language skills
