The role…
In our production, everything revolves around the manufacture of high-quality, pulp-based transformerboard sheets. As a plant operator, you will work on our two transformerboard plants, the associated peripheral equipment, as well as in our sawing centre, ensuring a reliable and smooth production process together with your team. You will work in a regulated 3-shift model with the following working hours: early shift 05:00–13:00, night shift 21:00–05:00, and late shift 13:00–21:00.

How you will make an impact…

• Operating and controlling the computer-controlled board machine in the wet and dry sections as well as the panel saw
• Operating machines in the pulp preparation
• Assisting in analysing problems with production equipment or finished products
• Quality control of ongoing production
• Recording feedback and usage decisions in SAP S/4HANA (PP module)
• Helping with maintenance tasks, e.g. cover changes, simple mechanical maintenance, and cleaning tasks
• Willingness for occasional weekend work

What you bring with you…

• Completed training in a craft or technical field, e.g. as a certified plant operator or similar
• Several years of experience operating industrial large-scale plants
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, at least level B2
• Good PC user skills are essential; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• SUVA-recognised forklift licence is an advantage
• Manual dexterity, teamwork skills, technical process understanding, and a strong safety awareness
