About the job
The Willisau Retirement Center offers a family-like home for elderly people who rely on professional support, care, and nursing. Various living arrangements provide unique quality of life and a family-like home. Over 40 apartments with services, well-maintained gastronomy, nearly 80 care and nursing places, specialized living arrangements for people with emotional and mental behavior, spread over two houses, Zopfmatt and Breiten. Training is very important to us because apprentices are the professionals of the future.
For the Willisau Retirement Center, Breiten and Zopfmatt homes, we are looking for August 2027:
Regular training 100% or catch-up training for adults 40% - 100%

Your profile:
- You have completed compulsory schooling
- You are patient and have sensitivity in dealing with elderly people
- You have good observation skills
- You have a sense for practical activities
- You are communicative and a team player
- You are responsible
- You are physically and mentally resilient
Your tasks:
- You accompany, care for, and support residents in stable situations
- You participate in work with relatives as well as cooperation with third parties
- You accompany residents in everyday life, leisure, and living space design
- You take on administrative, logistical, and housekeeping tasks
