For our marketing team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a skilled

Marketing Assistant (m/f/d) 100 %

Your tasks:

• Administrative support of the Head of Marketing including general correspondence, office organisation, archiving, contract control, etc.
• Support in marketing campaigns including planning, organisation, coordination, and implementation of online and offline campaigns
• Maintenance of social media appearances and website
• Creation of marketing materials and collaboration in the production of flyers, brochures, presentations, and newsletters. Coordination with graphic designers and printing companies as well as ensuring compliance with CI/CD
• Planning, organisation, and execution of events (reception, care and farewell of artists, managers, and implementation of agreed framework conditions (lighting, sound, etc.) and responsible for the flawless execution of the events
• Close cooperation and internal coordination of specialist departments at events, e.g. security, reception, gastronomy service
• Support during photo shoots and filming of commercials and image videos

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training and further education in marketing
• Initial experience in marketing (preferably in the entertainment/casino industry)
• Very good German and French skills (level C2)
• Empathetic, creative, fair, discreet, very independent and structured as well as a winning network personality with entertainer qualities
• Willingness to work irregular hours (night/evening, weekends, public holidays)
• Impeccable reputation (no entries in the criminal record or debt enforcement register)
