About the job

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Warehouse Operative / Equipment Manager (a) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for all operational equipment
• Organisation and management of the tool warehouse in Olten
• Issuing and receiving tools, machines and operating materials
• Conducting visual condition checks upon issue and return
• Ensuring the readiness and availability of equipment
• Organisation and coordination of maintenance, repairs and safety inspections
• Monitoring inspection intervals and maintenance cycles
• Labelling and managing new operating materials
• Maintaining and updating equipment data in IT systems
• Collaboration with purchasing, logistics, project management and operational teams
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and structure in the warehouse

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in a technical or craft profession
• Several years of professional experience as a warehouse operative, materials custodian, tool manager or in a comparable role
• Very good technical understanding
• Good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Very good IT skills (Office 365, Excel, ERP systems)
• Driving licence category B
• Forklift licence categories R1 and R4
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• High initiative and strong sense of responsibility
• Organisational skills and solution-oriented thinking
• Flexibility regarding workplace and working hours
