Accident Benefits Specialist (m/f/x) 80-100%

To strengthen our Personal Insurance Department, which offers our clients high-level services in claims management, we are looking for an Accident Benefits Specialist, between 80% and 100%, responsible for claims settlement.

The tasks awaiting you:

• Ensure the complete management of accident files in the assigned portfolio
• Handle claims openings and correspondence related to the files
• Manage the processing and full follow-up of files, including decisions
• Collaborate with our clients as well as various internal support services
• Submit certain cases to the medical advisor
• Pay medical expenses as well as daily allowances

Your profile:

• Commercial employee CFC, ideally complemented by a federal certificate in social insurance or equivalent training
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in benefits/claims in accident insurance
• Very good knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office)
• Perfect command of French, both spoken and written; knowledge of Italian and/or English would be an asset
