Automation Technician with Technical Customer Service
Activities
- Carrying out service assignments as well as maintenance and repair work at home and abroad
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of rotary bending machines and guillotines
- Installation, commissioning and final acceptance of new machines including customer training
- Technical advice and support for customers directly on site
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through competent and solution-oriented action
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an automation technician or a comparable qualification
- In-depth knowledge of electromechanical systems and experience with software-controlled machines
- Experience in assembly as well as maintenance of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic components
- Confident handling of diagnostic and control software
- Structured, independent and customer-oriented working style with high flexibility and pronounced problem-solving skills
