To expand our team, we are looking for the Eastern Switzerland region immediately or by arrangement for a Case Manager in Reintegration Management 60-80%

YOUR MISSION

• You are our "ace" in case management. You take on mandates in case/care management for various clients and accompany them

• comprehensively on issues relating to absences and performance questions of employees

• You contribute to the further development of our standards and offerings
• You gain the trust of various contacts thanks to your natural presence and openness

YOUR SUPERPOWERS

• Several years of proven experience as a case manager in reintegration management
  (primary labour market)
• In-depth knowledge of social insurance and labour law with corresponding further training or proven practical experience
• Completed CAS training in case management / reintegration management or comparable further training or interest in completing such
• Skilled in dealing with employees at all hierarchical levels in various industries and able to actively involve the different stakeholders in the case management process
• In-depth knowledge of psychological and somatic illnesses and their impact on possible reintegration processes
• Flexibility: cases are handled at our locations in St. Gallen (2-3 days) and Zurich (1 day)
