The small, well-coordinated team of 11 people passionately and wholeheartedly ensures that the needs of many owners and tenants in Northwestern Switzerland are met with the highest quality.
Your area of responsibility
- Independent management of the assigned property accounting for a portfolio of rental properties and condominium ownership
- Ensuring debtor and creditor management including dunning
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as heating and ancillary cost statements
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines as well as quality standards
- Key user function for the ERP system Aba Immo with ensuring optimal use and continuous optimisation of accounting processes and procedures
- Contact person for internal and external stakeholders on accounting issues
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in finance and accounting (professional certificate) or in property management
- Several years of professional experience in property accounting with closing certainty (individual financial statements)
- Very good ERP knowledge, ideally Aba Immo, as well as pronounced IT affinity and understanding of system processes
- High accuracy and reliability
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
- High social competence, assertiveness and ability to work in a team
- First leadership experience or strong interest in taking on leadership responsibility
