What to expect
- A responsible leadership role: You will lead a team both professionally and personally, supported by deputies
- A versatile working environment: In our booking-in department, we ensure that around 100,000 order lines are efficiently and error-free booked in monthly. Small and midi products are unpacked, counted, booked in and then stored in containers
- Close collaboration: You will work closely with the Lead Goods Reception and other teams, ensuring smooth processes and clear communication channels, and you will be significantly responsible for implementing the department strategy
- Leadership responsibility: You conduct employee and development discussions, set clear goals and promote the further development of your team
- Responsibility and scope for design: You take responsibility for implementing the department strategy and contribute your ideas for the further development of the team and processes
What you bring
- A completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ, logistics expert or a comparable qualification (e.g. technical businesswoman/technical businessman)
- Several years of professional experience in logistics or a comparable industry is essential
- Passion for leadership: You are passionate about inspiring, empowering your team and celebrating successes together. With your commitment and sensitivity to people, you create a motivating working environment where everyone can develop further
- Structured and solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems as well as very good German skills (C1)
- Organisational talent, high personal responsibility, willingness to perform and resilience as well as the ability to keep a cool head even in challenging situations
- You are willing to work in the day shift between 07:00 and 18:00 and have an impeccable reputation
