• Responsibility for project controlling of a business unit with competent advice and support for project managers and project leaders in all financial matters
• Critical review of data quality to ensure a clean evaluation of work in progress (WiP) orders using various methods (especially Cost-to-Cost & Units of Delivery)
• Analysis of target-actual comparisons and development of recommendations for action
• Preparation of meaningful ad-hoc analyses for department management and financial officers
• Active participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as in forecast and budget processes
• Contribution to the continuous development of controlling instruments, reporting solutions, and financial processes

• Completed business studies with a focus on controlling or finance, or a commercial apprenticeship with corresponding further training in finance and accounting / controlling
• Initial professional experience in controlling, ideally in project, investment, or business controlling
• Very good Excel skills; experience with Power BI or comparable BI tools is an advantage
• Good SAP knowledge, ideally in S/4HANA
• Excellent analytical thinking, strong affinity for numbers, and a structured, careful working style
• Very good German and English skills are essential, French skills are an advantage
