Type of Work

In this versatile role, you will lead a team and take responsibility for demanding national and international mandates. At the same time, the position offers a clear development perspective in the medium term up to deputy head of department and beyond, with prospects for management or partnership.

• Leadership and development of a team
• Management of a demanding client portfolio of national and international mandates
• Responsibility for comprehensive fiduciary and accounting mandates
• Management of outsourced accounting departments at clients
• Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements with a focus on Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
• National and international reporting according to OR
• Payroll accounting and corresponding reconciliations
• Management of demanding and comprehensive payroll accounting including social insurances in a national and international environment
• Assessment of VAT matters and support with corresponding billing and reconciliations
• Assessment of tax issues for natural and legal persons
• Conducting advisory discussions as well as client and closing meetings
• Professional support and development of employees
• Contact person for demanding issues within the team and towards clients
• Participation in the development of processes and services

Requirements Profile

• Commercial or equivalent basic training
• Several years of solid practical experience in fiduciary and accounting
• Certified fiduciary expert, expert in accounting and controlling, certified auditor or close to completing a corresponding further education
• Solid experience in the preparation and review of financial statements and reporting
• Good knowledge of payroll accounting and social insurance
• Experience with national and international issues
• Good knowledge in VAT and tax matters
• Leadership experience as a team leader
• Your mother tongue is German or you have excellent proficiency
• Good English skills, spoken and written
• Good user knowledge of Abacus
• You think entrepreneurially, act customer-oriented and see yourself as a service provider with high quality standards. At the same time, you bring leadership skills, initiative and enjoyment in working with people.
