Due to expansion and development, we are looking to strengthen our team in the heart of the city of Zurich / Thurgau / St. Gallen from 01.11.2026 or by arrangement with a

Tax Clerk 60%-80% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Preparation of tax returns for natural persons residing in Switzerland
• Review of tax bills and tax assessments
• Recording of appeals; negotiating with tax offices
• General administrative tasks such as applying for deadline extensions etc., including telephone and personal customer contact

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training (preferably in municipal administration / tax administration); further training in the tax field is an advantage
• You must have practical tax experience (at least 2 years)
• Strong service and customer orientation as well as a high quality standard
• Good communication skills (confident German, additional foreign languages are an advantage)
• Good user knowledge of MS Office programmes as well as industry-standard software
• (Dr. Tax knowledge is an advantage)
• You bring an accurate and efficient working style, complemented by a flair for numbers, resilience, responsible and team-oriented behaviour
