Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader Cleaning (a) 100%- Supervision and implementation of maintenance cleaning activities on sites, according to the specifications defined with clients
- Ensure operational cleaning services on site
- Management of cleaning teams, both operationally and administratively (coordination of work, time management, entry of quality controls, etc.) Management and/or coordination of specific tasks at our clients’ premises
- Ordering of equipment
- Processing of invoices
- Preparation, participation and provision of documents for audits
- Replacement of the hierarchical superior during absences
- Federal VET Diploma in the cleaning sector (for example cleaning agent, operations agent), an advantage
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the service sector and in maintenance activities
- Good command of spoken and written French (English, Portuguese or Spanish an advantage)
- Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office)
- Driving licence, clean criminal record
- Service-oriented, well organised and good communication skills
