What awaits you – lead, shape, implement

• You lead our long turning team both personally and professionally, currently 5 employees plus apprentices, according to our leadership principles: appreciative, solution-oriented, supportive
• Active support in setting up and producing highly precise medical products on Tornos and Tsugami long turning machines
• You are present in daily production, support your team with technical challenges and contribute your expertise
• You deploy employees according to their strengths and deliberately utilise the specialist knowledge and experience of our skilled workers
• You further develop existing processes, create clear structures and ensure they are lived in daily production.

What you bring – clear leadership, understanding people and technology

• Professional competence: You have several years of experience in CNC long turning or décolletage, ideally in medical technology, and are proficient in programming, setting up and producing on Tornos, Tsugami or comparable machines
• Leadership experience: You have several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, lead with conviction and understand how to motivate, support and develop different personalities together
• Entrepreneurial thinking: You gladly take responsibility, make independent and solution-oriented decisions and recognise both short-term improvement opportunities ("Quick Wins") and long-term optimisation needs
• Collaboration: You think cross-departmentally, promote exchange with adjacent departments and ensure smooth cooperation between production, quality assurance and production management.
