Your responsibilities
- Independent leadership, development and support of the electrical team
- Technical and organisational management of the subordinate employees
- Planning of employee deployment within the team (resource planning)
- Independent handling of demanding projects from concept to realisation
- Conceptual project development, examination of technical feasibility and implementation of innovative solution approaches
- Advising customers on cost-effectiveness throughout the entire lifecycle of a property
- Close collaboration with other departments of Amstein + Walthert
- Participation in project competitions and in winning contracts
Your profile
- Advanced technical training in electrical engineering and/or several years of experience as an electrical manager
- At least 5 years of professional experience and experience in leading interdisciplinary project teams and employees
- Proven experience in planning and realising technically demanding projects
- High social competence, confident appearance and strong customer orientation
- Enthusiasm and enjoyment of challenging work
- Independent, reliable and conscientious character with goal-oriented working style
- Good knowledge of MS Office and planning tools (NPK, Steiger, etc.)
- Experience and/or interest in CAD (3D planning in Revit) is an advantage
- German language skills in spoken and written form
