Your new job
- low-threshold and effective situation assessment of people in challenging life situations
- checking for subsidiary claims against social insurances and other support options
- calculating and applying for entitlement to financial assistance
- applying cantonal legal requirements
- advising and accompanying clients
- involving specialists, authorities, and institutions in case processing
Your qualification
- solution- and resource-oriented personality
- training in social work or related fields with knowledge in social insurance
- authentic and convincing demeanor towards clients, authorities, and partners
- confident written expression in the official language
- foreign language skills are an advantage
- careful and reliable working style
