About the job

FRAGILE Zurich supports people with brain injuries and their relatives in the Zurich region. For our holiday offers, we are looking for a committed and empathetic personality as a Travel / Holiday Companion.

In this varied role, you will accompany people with brain injuries during a shared week. You will contribute significantly to a relaxing, safe, and valuable time.

Tasks

1. Accompanying and supporting the assigned guest(s)
2. Support with everyday activities and individual needs
3. Accompanying on excursions, meals, and joint activities
4. Respectful interaction on an equal footing
5. Collaboration with the care team as well as adherence to agreements and guidelines

Requirements

1. Interest in enriching work with people with brain injuries
2. Empathy, patience, and respectful interaction
3. Sense of responsibility
4. Willingness to work during one week (Saturday - Saturday)
5. Good knowledge of German
6. Experience in social, nursing, or care fields is not a prerequisite
