About the job

FRAGILE Zurich supports people with brain injuries and their relatives in the Zurich region. For our holiday offers, we are looking for a committed and empathetic personality as a Travel / Holiday Companion.

In this varied role, you will accompany people with brain injuries during a shared week. You will contribute significantly to a relaxing, safe, and valuable time.

Tasks

• Accompanying and supporting the assigned guest(s)
• Assisting with everyday activities and individual needs
• Accompanying on excursions, meals, and joint activities
• Respectful interaction at eye level
• Collaboration with the care team as well as adherence to agreements and guidelines

Requirements

• Interest in enriching work with people with brain injuries
• Empathy, patience, and respectful interaction
• Sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work during a week (Saturday - Saturday)
• Good knowledge of German
• Experience in social, nursing, or care fields is not a prerequisite
