Swiss Fibertec AG has been producing carbon precision components and assemblies for over 40 years, primarily for motor racing (mainly Formula 1), aerospace, and other demanding applications.

To expand our production team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for committed

Craftsmen/Craftswomen (also career changers) as Composite Laminator/Assembler

Your tasks

• Laminating and processing fibre composite (mostly carbon) tools and finished parts using prepreg/autoclave technology
• Completing individual parts and assembling entire assemblies
• Model and mould making for series parts or prototypes for fibre composite components
• Assembly and bonding of components/assemblies according to technical drawings and specifications

Your profile

• Ideally a basic craft training (e.g. carpenter, boat builder, joiner, technical model maker, tinsmith, etc.)
• Experience in reading technical drawings
• Very good spatial imagination
• Clean, precise and efficient working
• Team spirit, flexibility and resilience
• Good German spoken and written, English an advantage
• Eager to learn, interested and motivated personality
