Role:
As a property manager at our ROCKEN partner, you independently manage a portfolio of condominium owner associations. You ensure property maintenance, coordinate financial tasks and lead meetings. In direct communication with owners and other contacts, you ensure professional and reliable management. The position is available immediately or by arrangement.
Responsibilities:
You independently and service-orientedly manage your portfolio of condominium owner associations.
You ensure the maintenance of the properties and coordinate maintenance work as well as repair orders.
You prepare condition reports and take on budget planning as well as year-end closing tasks in cooperation with accounting.
You prepare and conduct meetings of delegates, condominium owner associations and co-ownership communities.
You maintain written and personal communication with owners, tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, authorities and caretakers.
Qualifications:
You bring several years of professional experience in managing condominium ownership as well as the federal specialist certificate as a property manager.
Your working style is precise, well organised and consistently focused on customer needs.
You convince with very good communication skills and a competent appearance in contact with different stakeholders.
You have good IT skills and are confident in using MS Office. Experience with Garaio REM is an advantage.
You hold a category B driving licence.
