Your tasks:

You lead the Industrialisation/Work Preparation (AVOR) team both professionally and personally. At the same time, you directly contribute your expertise to the daily work. At the interfaces between development, sales, and production, you plan and accompany pre-series and series launches. You check manufacturability and calculate production costs.

With well-thought-out concepts for manufacturing, tool organisation, and systematic documentation, you create the conditions for efficient series production. You are responsible for master data, work plans, and other production documents, conduct design reviews, and manage technical changes. In doing so, you continuously improve production quality, increase efficiency, and optimise costs.

Your profile:

You are familiar with the requirements from several years of AVOR activity for a company that manufactures electronic assemblies (or modules or devices). Your foundation is a technical education, for example as an electronics technician, polymechanic, or in a comparable profession. You understand production and industrialisation processes, think entrepreneurially, and approach tasks in a structured and solution-oriented manner. You communicate clearly, represent decisions convincingly, and work constructively in a team. Very good German skills and English skills for the technical environment complete your profile.
