Then you are exactly right with us! For our office in Aarau, we are looking for a committed individual as of 1 April 2027 who will be responsible for our finance and accounting, lead a small team, and help shape the future of our foundation.

zeka has been committed in the canton of Aargau since 1966 to children, young people and adults with individual educational and care needs. We operate two special schools, a weekly boarding school, seven outpatient therapy and counselling centres as well as residential, work, employment and training places.

Team Leader Finance / Accounting 80-100%

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for budget planning as well as the entire financial accounting of our foundation
• You prepare the quarterly and annual financial statements
• You ensure the correct billing of our services to cantons, municipalities, disability insurance and health insurance companies
• You analyse financial key figures, prepare meaningful reports and thus create important decision-making bases for the board of trustees and management
• You further develop our financial processes and work closely with the head of services and the budget managers of the various areas
• You lead two employees in accounting, support them professionally and promote their further development
• You represent the head of services and actively help shape the future of our foundation as a member of the management team

Your Profile

• You enjoy working with people, take responsibility and want to apply or further develop your leadership skills
• You have a federal diploma in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification at HF / FH level
• You bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting as well as knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER 21
• You think analytically, work in a structured manner and can clearly explain complex financial contexts
• Knowledge of Abacus is a plus
