For this position, we are looking for a person with solid knowledge of Swiss accounting and ideally some initial experience in German accounting.

As soon as possible, we are looking to strengthen our team with a

Accountant 60-100% (m/f/x) for the location Pratteln/Switzerland

Your tasks:

• Management of financial accounting and preparation of monthly reports
• Processing of ongoing accounting and ensuring correct and timely posting
• Support with tax and commercial law issues
• Collaboration with tax advisors and external partners
• Support with tax and customs matters
• Participation in the further development and optimisation of our accounting processes
• Prospectively, participation in the accounting of our company in Germany

• Commercial training and several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a company or tax office
• Solid knowledge of Swiss accounting
• Initial knowledge and/or experience in German accounting is an advantage
• Willingness and interest to further expand knowledge in German accounting
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Efficient, structured and independent working style
• Team spirit, commitment, resilience and flexibility
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; any additional language is welcome

Due to our corporate structure and the international environment, you can expect a varied and demanding range of tasks.

Ideoon is currently established with companies in Switzerland and Germany. In addition, we plan to expand our online shops in France and Austria in the future.

The focus of this position is on Swiss accounting. If you already have initial experience in German accounting, you can deepen it with us. If your previous experience is mainly in Switzerland, we will support you in gradually expanding your knowledge.

With our further expansion to France and Austria, there is the prospect of gaining additional knowledge in accounting and actively contributing to the further development of our international accounting processes.
