Green Hockey steht für Hockey ohne klassisches Eis. Wir entwickeln Lösungen, die den Sport zugänglicher machen und neue Möglichkeiten für Training, Spiel und Bewegung schaffen.

Rund um Green Hockey passiert viel, das erzählt werden kann: auf der Fläche, in der Entwicklung, bei Projekten, mit Partnern und mit Menschen, die den Sport weiterbringen. Damit wir diese Einblicke stärker festhalten und nach aussen tragen können, suchen wir Unterstützung in der Videoproduktion und im Content.

Du bist bei uns nicht einfach dabei, sondern arbeitest direkt an der visuellen Sprache einer jungen Sportmarke mit. Du filmst, schneidest, denkst mit und hilfst dabei, aus Ideen, Momenten und Material bewegende Inhalte zu machen.

Wir suchen jemanden, der solide produziert, sauber arbeitet und Lust hat, neue Arbeitsformen in der Videoproduktion mitzudenken. Von klassischen Kamera- und Schnitt-Workflows bis zu KI-Tools, Automationen und weiteren Hilfsmitteln, die Content schneller, besser oder effizienter machen.

Was du mitbringst

• Erfahrung mit Kamera und Schnitt, egal ob durch Ausbildung, Studium oder auf eigene Faust
• sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Editing-Tools
• Gespür dafür, was auf Social Media funktioniert
• Freude an neuen Tools, KI-Workflows und effizienter Content-Produktion
• eigenständige, zuverlässige und saubere Arbeitsweise

Von Vorteil

• Grundkenntnisse in IT, zum Beispiel Website, Server oder technisches Grundverständnis
• Grafikdesign oder Motion Design
• Interesse an Sport, Startup, E-Commerce oder Markenaufbau

Video Production, Editing & Social Media

Green Hockey stands for hockey without traditional ice. We develop solutions that make the sport more accessible and create new opportunities for training, playing and movement.

At Green Hockey, there are many moments and insights we want to capture and share: on the surface, in development, in projects, with partners and with people who help move the sport forward. That is why we are looking for support in video production and content.

You will not just be watching from the sidelines. You will actively help shape the visual language of a young sports brand. You will film, edit, contribute ideas and help turn moments, material and concepts into strong content.

We are looking for someone who can produce solid work, pays attention to detail and is interested in new ways of working in video production. From classic camera and editing workflows to AI tools, automations and other tools that make content faster, better or more efficient.

What you bring

Experience with camera work and editing, whether through education, studies or self-taught projects
Confident use of common editing tools
A good sense of what works on social media
Interest in new tools, AI workflows and efficient content production
Independent, reliable and precise way of working

Nice to have

Basic IT knowledge, for example websites, servers or general technical understanding
Graphic design or motion design skills
Interest in sports, startups, e-commerce or brand building
